Who we are. Nemeton Tech (Nick Verwerft), Antwerp, Belgium, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: nickverwerft@nemetontech.com.

Why you received a message from us. We write to professionals whose published work or function relates to medicines reimbursement and hospital pharmacy, to ask for their expert opinion on a database we build (TrovaByte for Italy, AVISLUME for France, Derrotero for Spain). The message says which product and why you.

What we hold about you. Your name, your organisation and role as published, your professional e-mail address or LinkedIn profile, the public source where we read them (an institutional page, a journal article, a congress programme, or an address format of your organisation verified with the Hunter.io service), and the dates and content of our correspondence.

Where the data came from. From public sources naming you in your professional capacity, or from your organisation’s published address format. We do not buy lists and we do not scrape.

Legal basis. Our legitimate interest in contacting professionals about a tool that concerns their work (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)), balanced against your interests by writing once per subject, at most four messages, from a named person, with a one-word way to stop. Where the law of your country requires your consent for unsolicited e-mail, we ask you to treat our message as a request for that consent: a reply is consent to the conversation, and silence is not.

How to stop. Reply “stop” to any message, or write to nickverwerft@nemetontech.com. We stop the same day, for all our products, and keep your address only on a suppression list so that we do not write again.

How long we keep the data. If you do not answer, we delete your address six months after our last message and keep only the fact that we wrote. If you answer, we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation is live and twelve months after. Suppression entries are kept indefinitely.

Who sees the data. Nick Verwerft and the tools that run his mailbox and lead list (Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, Hunter.io for address verification). No data is sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to nickverwerft@nemetontech.com. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be) or to the authority of your own country (Italy: garanteprivacy.it; France: cnil.fr; Spain: aepd.es).

Nous traitons votre nom, votre fonction, votre adresse et la correspondance, sur la base de notre intérêt légitime, quatre messages au maximum. Répondez « stop » et nous ne vous écrirons plus ; l’adresse ne reste que sur une liste d’exclusion. Sans réponse, l’adresse est supprimée après six mois. Droits d’accès, de rectification, d’effacement et d’opposition auprès de nickverwerft@nemetontech.com ; réclamation possible auprès de la CNIL.

Tratamos su nombre, cargo, dirección y la correspondencia, por interés legítimo, con un máximo de cuatro mensajes. Basta responder «stop» y no volveremos a escribirle; la dirección solo queda en una lista de exclusión. Sin respuesta, la dirección se elimina a los seis meses.
